Remote National Account & Payer Strategy Director

Immunome, Inc. seeks a seasoned National Account Director, Enterprise Access to lead payer strategy across the U.S. national footprint for our oncology portfolio. You will build and sustain relationships with health plans, PBMs, and IDNs to accelerate access, coverage, and formulary positioning following regulatory approval. The role requires deep expertise in payer access, institutional purchasing, and cross-functional leadership.
