Job Description:
Job Opportunity: Registered NurseOur organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse to oversee and deliver professional nursing care to clients in their residences. This position involves evaluating referrals, assessing the needs of clients, and developing as well as managing suitable home care plans in line with nursing standards and organizational policies. The RN will play a vital role in serving communities throughout the Montrose region.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate client referrals and assess individual needs.
Develop and implement tailored home care plans.
Ensure compliance with nursing standards and organizational guidelines.
Coordinate care services for clients in their homes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse license.
Experience in home health care is preferred.
