Our AI-enabled tools streamline charting and compliance so clinicians can focus on person-centered care. We're hiring a full-time PMHNP-BC to provide on-site behavioral health services for residents in Assisted Living/RCFE communities across LA and OC, with consistent, predictable volume.
What You'll Do:
Psych evals and follow-ups; medication initiation, titration, and monitoringCoordinate with PCPs, facilities, families/POAs, and our concierge teamSame-day documentation in EMR; regulatory/CMS complianceStaff education (behavior plans, safety, de-escalation basics)
