What You'll Do:
Psych evals & follow-ups; med initiation/titration/monitoringCoordinate with PCPs, facilities, families/POAs, and our concierge teamSame-day documentation in EMR; regulatory/CMS complianceStaff education (behavior plans, safety, de-escalation basics)
