HR Operations Partner: Payroll, Staffing & Benefits

Owens Corning is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage timekeeping, payroll processing, and benefits-related inquiries for the hourly workforce at the Indiana plant. This HR-backed role will act as a liaison with Payroll Shared Services and support Talent Center data management. The ideal candidate will have strong Kronos experience, two or more years in a service-oriented environment, and solid data handling skills.
