About the role
Executive Chef – Mahalle Restaurant Mahalle Restaurant is an upcoming Turkish-Mediterranean restaurant located on Fillmore Street in San Francisco. We are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef to develop our menu from scratch and bring our culinary vision to life.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience* Experience in menu development and kitchen management* Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine; Turkish cuisine experience is a plus* Strong leadership and organizational skills* Experience in food cost management and quality control We are seeking a passionate chef who is interested in a long-term opportunity and excited to help shape the culinary identity of our restaurant.
