Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU)

Trusted Health seeks an ICU Nurse to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults in a fast-paced intensive care unit. In this role, you’ll perform complex assessments, manage ventilators and vasoactive drips, interpret hemodynamic data, and respond rapidly to clinical changes. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader care team to deliver safe, compassionate care while supporting patients’ families. Deliver evidence-based critical care to high-acuity ICU patients, including continuous monitoring and rapid intervention. Administer and titrate IV medications, including vasoactive drips, per physician orders and protocols. Manage ventilators and advanced monitoring equipment, collaborating closely with respiratory therapy. Conduct thorough assessments, document care in EHR, and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on condition, treatment plan, and post-ICU expectations with compassion. Participate in clinical huddles, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with Trusted Health clinical support for assignment optimization and professional growth.
