Travel Nurse - RN, Float Pool - Pay up to $2,308/WK

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, in different departments as needed. Conduct nursing assessments and document patient information accurately in medical records. Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Adapt to changing environments and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic healthcare setting. Participate in ongoing education to maintain competencies across multiple nursing specialties.

Actual job responsibilities may vary by location. The MedSurg Staffing Resource Team (SRT) will float between all MedSurg units as needed. Minimum of 2 years required. Travelers will be working ED and PACU borders. In addition, Deceased Patient Coordinator (DPC) coverage may be required. MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2YRS OF RECENT EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE. Previous Float experience Required.

Required Experience: Chest tubes - Tubes - Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone - Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients - Trachs/Laryngectomies - Telemetry - Complex wounds - Central Lines – care and maintenance and blood draws Required Credentials: - NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required) - BLS (AHA Only)
