Senior Owner Relations Lead for High-Value Partnerships

Village Realty seeks a Lead Owner Relations Manager to serve as the senior relationship leader for our owners and to coach the owner relations team. You will manage a portfolio of high-value relationships, lead escalations, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The role requires strong communication, a track record of improving owner satisfaction, and the ability to travel for urgent owner needs. A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.
