Overview of Responsibilities: Support all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery Manage discovery processes, including taking and defending depositions Appear in court for hearings and related proceedings Assist with case strategy, trial preparation, and execution Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Collaborate closely with partners on case development and overall litigation strategy
