Industrial Quality Engineer

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and support operational excellence efforts. This role will focus on improving productivity, reducing waste, increasing throughput, and enhancing overall plant performance while also supporting capital equipment projects and facility improvements across multiple U.Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safetyTroubleshoot production issues and identify process improvementsDrive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projectsSupport equipment installations, capital projects, and operational upgradesPartner with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve plant performanceTravel up to 20% to support projects at other facilitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related)~5+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement experience~ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills~ Experience within metals manufacturing, stamping, fabrication, processing, or industrial production environments preferred~ Lean Manufacturing experience required; Experience supporting equipment installations, process improvements, and capital projectsHigh visibility role with direct impact on operationsOpportunity to lead meaningful process improvement and CAPEX initiativesExposure to multiple facilities and manufacturing operationsIf you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and driving measurable results in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to connect with you.
