The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience working with compensation, HR, finance, or related analytical functions.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct compensation and salary analyses to support business decisions. Analyze compensation data, market pricing, and salary administration practices. Support job evaluation methodologies and compensation-related processes. Develop reports, dashboards, models, and analytical tools. Interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity when handling sensitive compensation information. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, HR, finance, or a related analytical function. Working knowledge of compensation principles, salary administration, job evaluation, and market pricing. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or progress toward certification. Experience with HRIS, reporting systems, data visualization tools, and large datasets. Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
