Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse – Inpatient Rehab at TriStar Health. Provide direct nursing care to adult inpatient rehab patients, including assessments, medication administration, and care planning Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized rehabilitation plans Monitor, document, and report patient progress, vital signs, and responses to treatments in the electronic health record Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home care, safety, and discharge instructions Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards established by TriStar Health and regulatory bodies Participate in shift handoffs, team meetings, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes Inpatient rehabilitation nursing Patient assessment Care planning and coordination Medication administration IV therapy Wound care Rehabilitation patient and family education Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Vital signs and monitoring Interdisciplinary team collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Rehabilitation Nursing Certification (CRRN) preferred Experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred
