Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility. Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and state-of-the-art assistance devices, to alleviate pain and improve patients' overall physical function. Document patient progress meticulously, tracking responses to treatment and making necessary adjustments to plans and goals as the patient's condition evolves. Provide education and training not only to patients but also their families and caregivers about appropriate therapy techniques, exercise methodologies, and the use of assistive devices. Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, participating in networking events, and staying current with relevant literature in the field of physical therapy. Patient Population / Client FocusOur patients include children and adults recovering from various injuries, surgeries, or chronic health conditions. Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree accompanied by equivalent experience. Current state license to practice physical therapy in Florida. Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact positively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Basic computer skills and proficiency in documentation practices related to patient care. A flexible approach, thriving in a dynamic home care environment.

Preferred Experience: While a minimum of two years of experience is required, we welcome dynamic newcomers to the field, particularly those eager for mentorship opportunities. Experience with a diverse patient population and various therapy modalities is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package. This includes:
