Title: Customer Experience Representative
Location: Cedar Falls, IAWork mode: Hybrid 3 days/week
Duration: 6 months (Possible Extension)
The Customer Experience Representative will serve as the first point of contact for Customers, a strategic account, a strategic account's field sales force, and their distribution partners concerning day-to-day matters and supports the activities of the Vendor Finance Relationship Managers. This position will also provide support and knowledge to customers that promotes long-term customer relationships for the Vendor Finance Department for Rabo Agri Finance LLC, the rural lending arm of Rabobank in the US. They will closely align and frequently communicate with RMs, to help grow finance volumes and to ensure a strategic account's needs & expectations are known & being properly met.
Key Responsibilities:
SALES & MARKETINGSTRATEGIC ACCOUNT SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICEINTERNAL & EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONKEY RELATIONSHIPSInternal - Relationship Managers, Vendor Finance Field Sales Team*, Portfolio Analysts, and Compliance. External - Strategic Accounts (national & local crop input suppliers & manufacturers), Strategic Account's Field Sales Force, Strategic Account's Distribution Partners, and Customers. EXPERIENCEComputer proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Other IS skills and report writing skills are a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to conduct business and make customer presentations over the phone or in person.
