Specific to transactional activities, the role will require financial modeling, valuation analysis and market research in support of business case development, and M&A project management, including the coordination of due diligence and our internal review/approval processes. The position reports to the Senior Manager - Corporate Development. As needed, this includes facilitation of the structured strategic planning sessions with Brink’s leaders to ensure synchronization with the overall corporate strategy. Work closely with senior leadership, the Corporate Development and Financial Planning & Analysis teams to prepare key materials for Board of Directors and senior management meetings.
