Processing and closing SBA loan requests, the full-time California Licensed SBA Closer will ensure compliance with SBA regulations and bank policies while managing documentation and coordinating with various stakeholders in a hybrid/remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Process new and existing SBA loan requests, ensuring adherence to SBA SOP guidelines and accuracy in loan data entry
Prepare and review loan closing documents, verifying all conditions are satisfied prior to funding
Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, and title companies to resolve pre-closing issues and ensure timely loan disbursement
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
5+ years of related experience in SBA or commercial banking
Proficiency with E-Tran for SBA loan submissions and reporting
Strong understanding of SBA loan programs and loan documentation requirements
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
