Key responsibilities: Review and audit closed correspondent loan packages for accuracy and compliance with policies and guidelines Proactively identify and resolve prior-to-purchase conditions, ensuring timely clearance and smooth purchase processes Maintain communication with sellers and coordinate with internal teams to reconcile discrepancies and complete funding transfers

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of mortgage industry experience in correspondent lending or related fields Advanced knowledge of loan documentation, collateral review, and investor purchase requirements Proficiency in Loan Origination Systems and Microsoft Office applications Experience managing multiple purchase files under tight deadlines
